Arya samaj marriage jind has been established to serve the poor people by getting them marry legally with minimum funds. Now a days many people do not want to spend money on lavish marriages as it serves no purpose except show off and further leads to indebtedness in many cases. The marriage solemnised at our registered trust by the priest/ panditji is legal and binding on both husband and wife. All the marriages are solemnised strictly according to rituals and customs of Arya Samaj as per Hindu Marriage Act 1955 and the Certificate of marriage issued by the trust duly signed by the priest/ panditji who performed the said Marriage is completely valid and proof of marriage.The formalities are quite simple. The age of boy who intend to marry should be of more than 21 years and that of girl should be more than 18 years on day of marriage and further boy and girl should not be within prohibited degree of relationship and not spindas of each other as per Hindu Marriage Act 1955. If boy or girl is less than legal marriageable age or falls within the prohibited degree of relationship or spindas as per Hindu Marriage Act 1955, their marriage can not and will not be performed at our trust as the same is against the law of land. Further if boy and girl wish we can also provide them wedding dress to make their marriage memorable as it is one time affair in life.
All the samagri and other requirements are included in the cost. The cost also includes 2 marriage photographs which will b provided by us to you as proof of marriage.The cost also includes all documentation including affidavits required as per law. So whenever you decide to get marry contact us at our address and everything will be arranged in hassle free manner. You are required to bring Sindoor, Mangalsutra and Sweets only.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR MARRIAGE REGISTRATION
1. Aadhaar Card and /or Voter Card of Bride and Groom
2. Age Proof of Bride and Groom ( Any one ) – Birth Proof / 10th Pass Document / Driving License / Passport
3. Address Proof of Bride and Groom ( Any One ) – Voter Card / Driving License / Passport / Bank Passbook with photograph
4. Marriage Invitation Card or Marriage Document of Gurudwara/Temple.
5. For Sikh a declaratrion form is compulsory and should be attested by gazetted officer to get certificate.
6. Passport Size photos of Husband & Wife.
7. Witnesses with Pan Card and Address Proof.
8. Divorce Decree in case of any or both Bride and Groom are divorcee.
9. Death Proof / Document of previous spouse in case of widow or widower.
10. In case of foreign national NOC / No impediment from concerned embassy.
11. Valid VISA and residence proof in case of foreign national.
12. Conversion proof document in case of Non Hindu.
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION
1. Delhi has only 3 working days in a week i.e. Monday, Wednesday and Friday .
2. One of the parties should have address proof of Delhi to avail this service.
3. For urgent/ Tatkal / Foreigner’s case/Arya Samaj/ Special Marriage Act cases our fee is extra.
4. As no hard copy of Marriage Registration is provided by Delhi Government, you have to take print out of the same on your own from the portal of Delhi Government.
5. These prices are only for Hindu Marriage Act which covers Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhist and Jain religions only.
6. Appointment can be arranged as per your convenience on working days only.
7. Witnesses can be relatives, friends, neighbours or parents.
8. Each witness has to provide 2 documents . Pan card is mandatory and one address proof.
